FitTrack Terms of Service

⚠️ STRICT NON-MEDICAL DISCLAIMER: FitTrack is an informational personal fitness and dietary tracking platform. It is NOT a clinical medical practice, medical device, or diagnostic tool. Recommended daily calories, macronutrient splits, and exercise programs are calculated using standard fitness formulas. You must consult a licensed medical physician before beginning any strenuous workout or dietary restriction.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By signing in or using the FitTrack Web Workspace or Native Android App, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy formulated under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

2. Invite-Only Account & Security

Access to FitTrack is provided by administrator invitation only. You are provided initial temporary credentials and must establish a unique personal password upon first login. You are solely responsible for maintaining credential confidentiality.

3. WhatsApp Messaging & Opt-Out

Transactional alerts and daily target reminders are sent to your verified mobile number via the WAWP gateway. Under DPDP Act Section 6(4), you can withdraw your consent at any time by replying STOP directly in WhatsApp or toggling off notifications in your Android app profile.

4. Target Locking

To ensure coaching consistency, an administrator may enable Target Locking on your daily macro targets. While locked, target modifications can only be performed by your authorized trainer or administrator.

5. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any legal dispute or controversy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
